3 ingredient chocolate chickpea bark

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas
  • pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips *use a vegan/dairy free version if required

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain your chickpeas, use a tea towel to pat them dry. Add on a pinch of salt and air fry them at 190°c for 12-15 minutes
  • Once chickpeas are cooked, melt your dark chocolate. In a bowl combine the melted chocolate and air fried chickpeas.
  • Line a baking sheet, spread on the mixture and leave in the freezer for 2 hours to set
  • Once set, slice up and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge 
Instead of air frying the chickpeas you can use an oven however they will just take longer!
