3 ingredient vegemite scrolls

These 3 ingredient Vegemite scrolls are the perfect snack. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up these delicious scrolls in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 3 tbsp vegemite
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c and line a baking tray. Let the pastry sit for 10 minutes to partially thaw.
  • Spread on the Vegemite and add the cheese. Cut into 5 strips and roll into scrolls.
  • Place each scroll into a greased muffin tin and bake at 180°c for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
