Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

chocolate

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • To a blender add 1/4 cup of the oats and blend until they form oat flour.
  • In a bowl add the rolled oats, oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup and mix until combined.
  • Place the mixture into silicone muffin moulds.
  • In the microwave, melt the chocolate with peanut butter. Spread on top of the oat mixture.
  • Leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
    Enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge.
This recipe can also easily be made vegan/dairy free - just switch the dark chocolate chips for a suitable alternative!
