To a blender add 1/4 cup of the oats and blend until they form oat flour.
In a bowl add the rolled oats, oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup and mix until combined.
Place the mixture into silicone muffin moulds.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate with peanut butter. Spread on top of the oat mixture.
Leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Enjoy!
