4 ingredient rice puff bars

These rice puff bars are the perfect easy no bake dessert to make and store in your fridge for when you want a little something sweet!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice puffs
  • 1/3 cup honey or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark choc chips

Instructions

  • Line a loaf tin.
    In a bowl combine rice puffs, honey and peanut butter. Place mixture into the lined tin.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and spread on top. Leave in the freezer for a few hours to set.
  • Once set slice up and store in the fridge.
    Enjoy!

Notes

They last for about 4-5 days!
