Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or liquid sweetener of choice

chocolate topping

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • Blend 1/2 cup of the oats to form oat flour.
  • In a bowl combine the rolled oats, oat flour, almond butter and honey. Place into silicone moulds.
  • Melt the chocolate with the almond butter and add on top of the base
  • Leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
    Enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge - they last about 5 days.
