In a bowl combine the desiccated coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup and coconut milk - be sure to shake the can before opening!
Leave mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes and then use a few tablespoons worth of mixture to form 12 bars. Leave in the freezer for around 30 minutes to harden.
Coat each bar in melted dark chocolate and leave in the fridge until the chocolate has set. They are then ready to enjoy!
