Ingredients

  • 200g canned chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red onion finely diced
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mash together. Add onto some bread or toast and enjoy!
