Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

optional - cinnamon sugar coating

  • cinnamon sugar
  • melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c.
  • In a bowl add the egg, mashed banana, maple syrup, melted butter, almond milk and mix. Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and combine.
  • Place mixture into a silicone donut pan and bake for 18 minutes or until cooked.
  • Let cool slightly then brush lightly with butter and coat in cinnamon sugar.
