This simple recipe combines the warm and cozy flavours of banana bread with a tasty cream cheese icing, creating a delightful treat that's perfect for any occasion.
Preheat oven to 180Âșc (fan forced) and line a loaf tin.
In a bowl mash the bananas and add in egg, milk, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Mix in flour, cinnamon and salt.
Place mixture into the lined loaf tin. If you're adding extra banana on top, slice in half (long ways) and add on top of the mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes (or until cooked)
While the banana bread is cooking, add the cream cheese, greek yoghurt and sweetener into a food processor and blend until smooth. Leave in the fridge until the banana bread has cooked and cooled.
Once cool, add the cream cheese icing on top along with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Slice up and enjoy!
