Berry baked oats
These berry baked oats will be your new favourite winter breakfast. If you're yet to try baked oats, this is your sign to make them!

cup
oats

tsp
baking powder

heaped tbsp
protein powder
optional - see notes
1/2
a banana
or substitute for 1/4 cup applesauce
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tbsp
maple syrup
or sweetener of choice

cup
almond milk
or milk of choice
1/3
cup
mixed berries
fresh or frozen
optional
peanut butter to add on top once cooked
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and grease a mini baking dish - I use a mini pie dish
To a blender add oats, baking powder, protein powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, almond milk, egg, banana and blend until smooth.
Add mixture to the baking dish, add the berries and gently mix through. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
Add on some peanut butter (optional) and enjoy!
Notes
If you aren't using protein powder you can add in more oats or add less milk!
