1tspvanilla extract

1/2almond milkor milk of choice
1/4cupmaple syrupor liquid sweetener of choice
Icing
1/4cupsmooth ricotta
2tbsp greek yoghurt
2-3tbspmaple syrupor sweetener of choice
sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°c (fan forced)
In a bowl combine flour and protein powder. Add in egg, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and mix until combined. Transfer the mixture into a silicone donut mould. Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes.
While the donuts are cooking make the icing by combining the Greek yoghurt, ricotta and maple syrup. Leave in the fridge while the donuts cook and cool.
Let donuts cool completely then add icing on top as well as the sprinkles. Enjoy!
