Biscoff Baked Oats

Biscoff Baked Oats are the perfect warm breakfast to make this winter!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder I use True Protein
  • 1/4 cup applesauce or 1/2 a banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp biscoff
  • dark choc chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced). To a blender add the oats, baking powder, protein powder, applesauce and almond milk. Blend until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a mini baking dish. Add 1/2 a tbsp of biscoff to the centre and cover. Add on some dark choc chips and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  • Melt 1/2 tbsp of biscoff to spread on top.
