Preheat your oven to 180ºc and line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the banana, maple syrup, biscoff and almond milk. Once combined mix in the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Fold in dark chocolate chips and transfer mixture into the lined tray.
Bake for 15-18 minutes (or until a fork comes out clean)
Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
