Cut the crusts off each slice of bread. Spread a good layer of biscoff onto 4 slices, place the other slices on top and cut in half.
In a bowl mix together egg, maple syrup, almond milk and cinnamon.
Heat a non stick pan to medium, coat the bread in the egg mixture and add to the pan.
Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until golden.
Once cooked, coat in cinnamon sugar.
Add to a plate and serve with melted biscoff spread.
