1heaped tbspprotein powder I like to use either salted caramel or vanilla flavoured
1/3cupalmond milk or milk of choice
3heaped tbspyoghurt of choice
1tbspbiscoff spread melted
optional
banana slices or any fruit of your choice
Instructions
In a small bowl or container combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder and almond milk. Spread the yoghurt on to the oats. Carefully spread the melted Biscoff on top and add some banana slices or fruit of your choice.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.Enjoy!
Notes
If you don't want to use protein powder you can leave it out just add in some sweetener (like maple syrup/honey) and don't add as much milk!
