Biscoff Overnight Oats

These Biscoff overnight oats come together with simple ingredients and are guaranteed to be one of your new favourite on the go breakfasts!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tbsp protein powder I like to use either salted caramel or vanilla flavoured
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 3 heaped tbsp yoghurt of choice
  • 1 tbsp biscoff spread melted

optional

  • banana slices or any fruit of your choice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or container combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder and almond milk. Spread the yoghurt on to the oats. Carefully spread the melted Biscoff on top and add some banana slices or fruit of your choice.
  • Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
    Enjoy!

Notes

If you don't want to use protein powder you can leave it out just add in some sweetener (like maple syrup/honey) and don't add as much milk!
