Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 30g protein powder I used the True protein Salted caramel WPC
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice You can add more or less depending of the consistency you prefer!

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
