Dressing

heaped tbsp
greek yoghurt

dijon mustard
Juice of half a lemon

tbsp
minced garlic

tsp
mixed dried herbs
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
Add all the ingredients into a large salad bowl and pour over the dressing.
Mix, serve and enjoy!
