Add your blueberries to a pie dish In a bowl add the oats, almond meal, sliced almonds, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and mix until all combined.
Place crumble mixture on top of blueberries and gently press down using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on the shredded coconut.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
