Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a baking tray. Remove your pastry from the freezer and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes or until partially defrosted.
Cut pastry into quarters. Spread the blueberry jam in the middle of each pastry square and add a few blueberries on top. Fold the corners of the pastry over the blueberries and brush with melted butter.
Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes or until golden. Dust with icing sugar (optional) and serve warm with ice cream or just enjoy by themselves!
