Ingredients

Lebanese cucumber
diced

can (375g)
chickpeas
rinsed and drained
1
punnet of cherry tomatoes
diced
1/2
a red onion
diced

avocado
diced
coriander
finely chopped
Dressing
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt
Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
Add everything to a salad bowl.
Mix serve and enjoy!
Notes
Optional: I highly recommend adding in some feta!
