Choc peanut butter smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop (30g) choc peanut butter or chocolate protein powder
  • a few ice cubes
  • milk of choice add enough to get to your desired consistency - I use about 1/2c

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients, pour into a cup and enjoy!
