frozen banana

cacao powder

natural peanut butter
1 scoop
(30g)
choc peanut butter or chocolate protein powder
a few ice cubes
milk of choice
add enough to get to your desired consistency - I use about 1/2c
Instructions
Blend ingredients, pour into a cup and enjoy!
