In a bowl combine the flour, cacao powder, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in the egg, maple syrup, olive oil and almond milk. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes or until cooked, then let cool.
To make the ganache, add the chocolate chips, butter and water to a saucepan and heat to medium, stirring continuously. Once the mixture is melted and combined, removed from the heat and stir until completely smooth. Coat the donuts in the ganache.
