Chia pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
Topping
- 2 tbsp (heaped) greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice - can be granulated or liquid
Combine all ingredients for the chia pudding in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight (or for a few hours). Combine the yoghurt, cacao powder and sweetener and add on top of the chia pudding the next morning. Enjoy!
optional: dust with some extra cacao powder
I also like eating this with fresh fruit such as banana or strawberries!
