Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 espresso shot
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • a few ice cubes
  • almond milk/milk of choice add enough to get to you desired consistency - I use about 1/2c

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
