Chocolate muffins

Homemade muffins are one of my favourite snacks to make and these simple chocolate muffins certainly don't disappoint!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup dark chock chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180Âșc (fan forced) and line a muffin pan.
  • In a bowl combine flour and cacao powder. Add in the eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, almond milk and mix until combined. Fold through dark chocolate chips
  • Divide mixture across the muffin pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days
