Preheat oven to 180°c and line a muffin tin - if using a silicone muffin mould you can skip that step.
Into a bowl add the eggs, oil, maple syrup, almond milk and combine.
Add the flour, baking powder, cacao, protein powder and mix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide mixture across the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked.
Let cool and enjoy - I recommend warming them up in the microwave for a couple of seconds before eating!
