Chocolate rice cake bars

These chocolate rice cake bars are the perfect recipe to make when you're running low on ingredients but still want a yummy dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 6 rice cakes
  • pinch of fall sea salt

Instructions

  • Melt the dark choc chips with coconut oil in the microwave. Crush up 6 rice cakes, add the melted chocolate and mix. Place in a lined tray, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and leave in the freezer for about 1 hour to set.
  • Once set, break up and store in the fridge.
