These chocolate rice cake bars are the perfect recipe to make when you're running low on ingredients but still want a yummy dessert!

Ingredients

cup
dark chocolate chips

tsp
coconut oil

rice cakes
pinch of fall sea salt
Instructions
Melt the dark choc chips with coconut oil in the microwave. Crush up 6 rice cakes, add the melted chocolate and mix. Place in a lined tray, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and leave in the freezer for about 1 hour to set.
Once set, break up and store in the fridge.
