Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 1tbsp oat flour just blend oats until they form a flour like consistency
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter or natural nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the oat flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, flaky sea salt and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use damp hands to roll the mixture into balls.
  • Leave in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
    Enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge in an airtight container, they last about 4-5 days.
