Ingredients

cup + 1tbsp
oat flour
just blend oats until they form a flour like consistency
1/3
cup
maple syrup
or liquid sweetener of choice
1/3
cup
natural peanut butter
or natural nut butter of choice
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
In a bowl add the oat flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, flaky sea salt and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use damp hands to roll the mixture into balls.
Leave in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container, they last about 4-5 days.
