Ingredients

cottage cheese

eggs

maple syrup

milk of choice

cinnamon

baking powder
Pinch
of salt

self raising flour
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a non stick pan to medium. Cook the pancakes for 3 minutes per side or until bubbles start to appear.
Plate up with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
