Season your chicken. Heat a fry pan to medium high with olive oil, add the chicken and cook.
Once chicken has cooked, to the pan add the diced red onion, minced garlic and sauté. Mix in the chicken stock and cooking cream. Finally add in the gnocchi, mix and let simmer for 15 minutes or until it has thickened.
Serve gnocchi and chicken in bowls with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
