Cook your pasta as per directions.
In a blender add the silken tofu and milk. Blend until smooth. 
Heat a pan to medium and add a drizzle of olive oil along with the diced onion, minced garlic and sauté. Add in the tomato paste and mix. 
Pour in the blended tofu and add the seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined. Add in the pasta and gently mix until all coated in the sauce. 
Serve in bowls with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.Enjoy!
