Grease a baking dish and add the apples
In a bowl add the rolled oats, flour, protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and combine.
Cut the butter into cubes and add to the dry ingredients. Use your hands to form a crumble then add on top of the apples
Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes - or until golden.
Serve with yoghurt or ice cream and enjoy!
