Easy apple crumble

Ingredients

  • 770 g tinned apple slices
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup True protein apple crumble protein powder you can substitute this with additional plain flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g butter cut into cubes

Instructions

  • Grease a baking dish and add the apples
  • In a bowl add the rolled oats, flour, protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and combine.
  • Cut the butter into cubes and add to the dry ingredients. Use your hands to form a crumble then add on top of the apples
  • Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes - or until golden.
  • Serve with yoghurt or ice cream and enjoy!
