Preheat oven to 180°c. Line a tray with baking paper and drizzle on the honey, using 1 tbsp for each.
Place apple slices on top of the honey and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Cut your pastry into quarters, place on top of the apple and push the edges down with a fork. Brush with melted butter or egg and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Serve with ice cream or yoghurt and enjoy!
