Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
1/2
an avocado

tbsp
greek yoghurt

tsp
dijon mustard

tsp
minced garlic
dash of lemon juice
fresh herbs
salt and pepper
2
slices of bread
toasted
lettuce
Instructions
In a bowl add the boiled eggs, avocado, greek yoghurt, dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh herbs salt, pepper and mash together.
Toast your bread and add the egg salad along with some lettuce, slice and enjoy!
