Fish Tacos

These Fish Tacos are so delicious, fresh and bursting with flavour. The best part is they're ready in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 soft shell tacos
  • 4 Birds Eye Teriyaki Frozen Fish FilletsĀ  or fish of choice
  • 300g finely shredded coleslaw mix I get this from Woolworths
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • coriander finely chopped
  • 1 lime

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp (heaped) greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp (heaped) dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (heaped) seeded mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cook your fish as per directions.
  • While fish is cooking, make the salad dressing by combining all ingredients and then add to the coleslaw mix. Dice up cucumber and coriander, and slice avocado.
  • Warm tortillas in the mircowave for a few seconds. Add on the fish, slaw mix, cucumber, avocado, coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
  • Enjoy!
