Fudgy Brownies

These healthier fudgy brownies are one of my favourite dessert recipes I've ever made, I just know you'll love them.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter I used homemade chocolate peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a bowl combine mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk. Add in the flour, cacao powder and mix until combined. Finally, fold in dark chocolate chips.
  • Transfer mixture to the lined tray and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  • Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
