halloumi, honey and avocado bagel
A toasted bagel with halloumi, smashed avo, cherry tomatoes and a big drizzle of honey...can breakfast get any better?!?!?! This cafe style breakfast is so easy to make, I just know you're going to love it!

Ingredients
1
bagel
toasted
1/2
an
avocado
4
slices
of halloumi
cherry tomatoes
halved
honey
fresh herbs
finely sliced
salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat a non stick pan to medium, slice the halloumi and add to the pan. Fry for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Slice the bagel in half and toast. Halve cherry tomatoes, finely slice fresh herbs and mash avocado in a small bowl.
Once the bagel has toasted, add on the mashed avocado, halloumi, cherry tomatoes, herbs, salt/pepper and a good drizzle of honey.
