Ingredients

slices of wholemeal bread
1
egg
1
tbsp
maple syrup
or sweetener of choice
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tbsp
almond milk
or milk of choice
Toppings
greek yoghurt
fresh of frozen berries
(if using frozen defrost before eating)
maple syrup
Instructions
In a bowl mix together egg, maple syrup, cinnamon and almond milk. Coat the bread and add to a pan. Cook each side medium heat until golden.
Add to a plate and top with Greek yoghurt, berries and maple syrup, or toppings of choice.
Enjoy!
