Homemade blueberry jam (3 ingredients)

This 3 ingredient homemade blueberry jam is a delicious healthy alternative and perfect for anything whether that be having it on some toast or using it in baked goods!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup if you have a big sweet tooth add 3!
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Heat a pan to medium. Add in the blueberries, lemon juice, maple syrup and water. Mix and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once it has thickened let cool slightly, add in a jar and store in the fridge.

It lasts about 1 week
