Honey and cinnamon chickpeas

These sweet and crunchy chickpeas are such a tasty snack idea
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain chickpeas and pat dry with a tea towel. Add on honey (1 1/2tbsp), coconut oil and cinnamon . Mix until combined.
  • Either bake or air fry at 190°c. (Air frying will take about 12 minutes, baking will take about 30-40 minutes) 
  • Once cooked add to a bowl and while they’re still hot and coat in 1tbsp honey. Add back to the baking tray and let cool completely.
