Honey and cinnamon chickpeas
These sweet and crunchy chickpeas are such a tasty snack idea

Ingredients
1 can
(400g)
chickpeas
2 1/2
tbsp
honey
1
tbsp
coconut oil
2-3
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Rinse and drain chickpeas and pat dry with a tea towel. Add on honey (1 1/2tbsp), coconut oil and cinnamon . Mix until combined.
Either bake or air fry at 190°c. (Air frying will take about 12 minutes, baking will take about 30-40 minutes)
Once cooked add to a bowl and while they’re still hot and coat in 1tbsp honey. Add back to the baking tray and let cool completely.
