Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a baking tray.
In a pan over low heat add the honey, cinnamon, salt and mix until the honey has thinned. Remove pan from the heat, add the cashews and mix.
Spread cashews onto the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes (or until golden)
Leave to cool completely then break the cashews apart. Store in the cupboard in an airtight container.
