Preheat oven to 180°c and grease a 24cmx24cm baking dish.
In a blender add the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Cut the hot cross buns and add to the baking tray. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and pour over the cheesecake mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
