Ingredients

  • 6 hot cross buns
  • 225g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • icing sugar to serve

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c and grease a 24cmx24cm baking dish.
  • In a blender add the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Cut the hot cross buns and add to the baking tray. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and pour over the cheesecake mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
  • Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
