Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango you can also use fresh mango
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • a few ice cubes
  • milk of choice add enough to get to your desired consistency - I use about 1/2c

optional

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into a glass and enjoy!
