To a bowl add the Weetbix and crush them up. Add in the honey, peanut butter and mix until combine
d. Divide the mixture across 6 silicone moulds.
To a bowl add the dates and cover with boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain the water then add almond milk and salt. Use an electric mixer to mix until the ingredients form a smooth consistency. Add the caramel on top of the base.
Spread on melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Leave in the freezer for 2 hours or until set.
