Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a loaf tin.
In a bowl combine applesauce, maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract. Mix in the self raising flour and then gently fold in the white chocolate and raspberries.
Transfer mixture to the lined loaf tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked.
Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
