Preheat your oven to 180°c (fan forced). Line a 8x8 pan with baking paper.
In a bowl combine the egg, maple syrup, melted butter and almond milk. Add add in the flour, sift in the cacao powder and mix.
Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
Transfer mixture into the lined dish and bake for 20-23 minutes or until cooked.
Let cool, slice up into 9 pieces and enjoy!
