Tim Tam Cheesecake Bites

These Tim Tam cheesecake bites are the ultimate no bake treat and the best part is they only require 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 10 Tim Tams plus 2 extra to sprinkle on top - optional
  • 125g cream cheese at room temp
  • 120g chocolate melted

Instructions

  • Crush up the Tim Tams and add to a bowl with the cream cheese. Mix until combined.
  • Roll into 8 balls
  • Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate
  • Coat each ball in chocolate - sprinkle with crushed up Tim Tams (optional)
  • Leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set
  • Once set store in an airtight container in the fridge
