Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a loaf tin (21.5cmx13cmx12cm)
In a bowl combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk. Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix until combined.
Add the mixture to the lined loaf tin. Sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar and bake for 50 minutes or until cooked.
Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the cupboard for 3-4 days or freeze for a few months.
