Ingredients

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • cinnamon sugar for on top

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a loaf tin (21.5cmx13cmx12cm)
  • In a bowl combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk. Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix until combined.
  • Add the mixture to the lined loaf tin. Sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar and bake for 50 minutes or until cooked.
  • Let cool, slice up and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the cupboard for 3-4 days or freeze for a few months.
