Crush up the weetbix in a bowl. Add in the biscoff, butter and mix until all combined.
Divide mixture across 6 silicone moulds. Spread melted chocolate on top of each one.
Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

Notes
I love to use a salted caramel chocolate but if you're using dark or milk add some flaky sea salt on top!Store in an airtight container in the fridge - they last about 4-5 days
