Preheat oven to 180°c. Add the tomatoes into a baking dish along with the olive oil, garlic and seasonings. Mix and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
While the tomatoes are roasting, add the feta, greek yogurt, olive oil and seasoning to a belner or food processor. Blend until smooth. Leave in the fridge until the tomatoes have cooled and you are ready to serve.
Add the feta dip into a bowl. Top with the tomatoes and any of the juices left in the pan. Add on some fresh basil leaves.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers. Enjoy!
